During treatment sessions we will be covering attitudes and values, what happens to children subjected to sexual abuse, how to achieve meaningful intimate adult relationships, and how you can reduce risk situations. For example, for some people it may help to strengthen their sexual interest in adults. Knowing more about what a healthy sexuality is influences the ability to achieve a healthy sexuality.
Studies show that it is possible to achieve positive life changes by directing attention at other meaningful aspects of life and addressing personal relationships that affect the ability to deal with everyday challenges, such as self-regulation of personal emotions and stress management.
